This Privacy Policy describes how MN Assisted Living Training Platform ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information from staff members using our training system.
Important Note: This platform is a staff training system. We do NOT collect, store, or process any patient or resident health information (PHI). All data collected relates solely to employee training records.
Employee Information:
- Name and email address
- Account role (user or admin)
- Account creation date
Training Records:
- Training module completion status
- Quiz scores and attempts
- Time spent on modules
- Certificate issuance records
- Training start and completion dates
Subscription Information:
- Subscription plan type
- Payment status (processed securely by Stripe)
- Subscription dates
We do NOT collect: Patient/resident information, medical records, health information, diagnoses, treatments, or any protected health information (PHI).
- To provide access to training modules and materials
- To track training completion for compliance purposes
- To generate certificates of completion
- To provide transcripts of training records
- To manage user accounts and subscriptions
- To communicate about training requirements and updates

Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
Access Controls
Role-based access ensures users only see their own data. Admins have additional oversight capabilities.

Account access is protected by secure authentication and password requirements.
Payment Security
Payment processing handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store credit card information.
Training records are retained as long as your account is active and for a period after account closure as required by Minnesota state regulations for compliance and audit purposes.
Certificates and training completion records are maintained to demonstrate compliance with Minnesota Statute 144G training requirements.
You have the right to:
- Access your training records and personal information
- Request corrections to inaccurate information
- Download your certificates and transcript
- Request account deletion (subject to regulatory retention requirements)
- Opt-out of non-essential communications
We use the following third-party services:
- Base44 Platform: Hosting and database infrastructure
- Stripe: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
These services have their own privacy policies and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
